Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL UNLESS EXPRESSLY STATED OTHERWISE BELOW.

For public health, safety, and hygiene reasons, Nature’s Gift Health & Wellness enforces a strict no-return policy on consumable, ingestible, and personal-care products.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns, refunds, or exchanges will be considered ONLY if ALL of the following conditions are met:

The item is unused, unopened, and fully sealed in its original manufacturer packaging

The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery or purchase

Valid proof of purchase is provided

Prior written authorization has been granted by Nature’s Gift Health & Wellness

Failure to meet any of the above conditions will result in automatic denial of the return.

Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

The following items are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for return, refund, or exchange under any circumstances, except where required by law:

Opened or used items of any kind

Vitamins, supplements, herbal products, and ingestible goods

Oils (including hair oils, body oils, essential oils, and edible oils)

Toothpaste, oral care products, cosmetics, skincare, and personal care items

Food and perishable products, including refrigerated or frozen items

Clearance, discounted, short-dated, or final sale merchandise

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If an item is received damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer must notify us within 30 days of receipt. Upon verification and approval, Nature’s Gift Health & Wellness reserves the sole and absolute discretion to offer one of the following remedies:

Replacement of the item

Store credit

Refund to the original payment method

Photo and/or video evidence is required. Returned items may be requested for inspection or manufacturer evaluation prior to resolution.

No Unauthorized Returns

Items returned without prior authorization will be refused, returned to sender, or discarded without notice, and no refund or credit will be issued.

Restocking & Processing Fees

Approved returns exceeding $200 may be subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee, deducted from any approved refund.

In-Store Returns

Returns are accepted only on sealed, unopened items in original packaging

Opened items are strictly non-returnable

Proof of purchase is mandatory

Management approval is required for all returns

Right to Refuse

Nature’s Gift Health & Wellness reserves the right to refuse any return, refund, or exchange in cases of suspected misuse, abuse of policy, excessive returns, fraud, or health and safety concerns.

This policy does not limit or exclude any consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable Canadian law.
